14-day trial – for standard products

We know that it’s not always easy to measure windows accurately and choose the right product. Every installation situation is a little different, and it’s not always possible to identify all the specifics right away.

Therefore, we offer the possibility to test all standard products (custom-made products excluded) for 14 days. If it doesn't fit, you can send the products back to CLIP'N'SHADE, Sedanstraße 21b, 97082 Würzburg – the purchase price will be refunded 100%. Only the shipping costs will be charged to the customer. However, no new shipping costs will be incurred for the return. Please email us at info@clipnshade.de for a return label and to register your return.

Even if it is not a "must", we would be very grateful if you could tell us the reasons for the return – this way we can work on our products and services and constantly improve.

That’s why you can take your time to try out our standard products for 14 days. If, despite careful selection, the product isn’t right for you, you can return it to us within that time.

Standard products include the following:

  • External roller blinds in standard sizes
  • Pergola corner connectors

Important: Custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal

Please note that this 14-day trial period does not apply to custom-made items.

Custom-made items are crafted individually according to your specifications and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. You also cannot cancel an order for custom-made items, as these products are made specifically for you.

This includes, in particular, products that have been customized to your specific requirements or manufactured specifically for your window.

The following products are available made to measure:

  • Made-to-measure external roller blinds
  • Pleated blinds
  • Venetian blinds
  • Insect screen products

How returns work for standard products

Just send us an email at info@clipnshade.de and please include your order number. If possible, we’d also appreciate a brief note explaining why you’re returning the item.

We will then send you a free return label. As soon as we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price. The original shipping costs for the order are not included in the refund. With our return label, you will not incur any additional shipping costs for the return itself.
